At Ontherock Empowerment Foundation, we believe that skills are the tools for transformation. Our Vocational Training initiative partners with accredited vocational centers to equip individuals—especially women and youth—with practical, in-demand skills like tailoring, hairstyling, carpentry, catering, and more. This program is designed to foster self-reliance, economic freedom, and lifelong income opportunities. By learning a trade, beneficiaries are empowered to not only earn but to teach and inspire others, creating a ripple effect of sustainable development in their communities.
Great ideas deserve a chance to grow. Through our Entrepreneurship Development Program, we nurture emerging entrepreneurs with the knowledge, tools, and financial support they need to launch and scale their own businesses. From business training workshops and one-on-one mentorship to access to seed funding, we bridge the gap between potential and performance. Our goal is to build a generation of change-makers who will create jobs, solve problems, and drive innovation in underserved communities.
